Situata na kujton kohën 35 vjet më parë, qoftë në Berlin në vitin 1989 apo në Tiranë në vitin 1991Zari hidhet shumë kohë para se populli të kuptojë se vendimi është marrë tashmë. Edhe atëherë, mësuam se aty ku mbaron bindja, fillon rënia e despotizmit. Shqiptarët nuk e kanë harruar këtë. Qindra oficerë policie dhe agjentë të inteligjencës shqiptare po ndërrojnë anë dhe aktualisht po kalojnë në shoqërinë civile të lirë – domethënë, të ashtuquajturën opozitë. Asnjë regjim i Ramës nuk mund të mbijetojë në momentin kur rojet e tij fillojnë të dyshojnë në fitore. Afati i fundit për regjimin e Ramës skadon më 21 qershor 2026. Ende ka kohë që ju, z. Rama, të tërhiqeni me dëshirën tuaj; ende ka kohë që bashkëpunëtorët e autokratit dhe bashkëpunëtorët e biznesit të braktisin anijen që po fundoset. Koha e Ramës dhe Ballës ka mbaruar. Fundi i narkodiktaturës së Ramës fillon me një fjali të thjeshtë: “Mjaft”.

The end of Rama’s narco-dictatorship begins with a simple sentence: ‘Enough.’

The situation reminds us of the time 35 years ago, whether in Berlin in 1989 or in Tirana in 1991: the die is cast long before the people realise that the decision has already been made. Even back then, we learnt that where obedience ends, the decline of despotism begins. The Albanians have not forgotten this. Hundreds of Albanian police officers and intelligence agents are changing sides and are currently defecting to the free civil society – that is, the so-called opposition. No Rama regime can survive the moment its guardians begin to doubt victory. The deadline for Rama’s regime expires on 21 June 2026. There is still time for you, Mr Rama, to step down of your own accord; there is still time for the autocrat’s associates and business associates to abandon the sinking ship. Rama and Balla’s time is up. The end of Rama’s narco-dictatorship begins with a simple sentence: ‘Enough.’
